Valerie Delforge
Multi Award-winning International Business Strategist Consultant
Valerie Delforge is an International Business Strategist Consultant, Author, Judge and Public Speaker, assisting International Leaders in the Spa and Beauty industries to create a sustainable and profitable business. With over 30 years' experience, Valerie inspires teams to deliver the high standards expected, and has developed an easy to follow strategy to create a year-on-year strategic growth with her members since setting up her consultancy nine years ago.
Having had crucial commercial experience from Clarins, Urban Retreat, L’Occitane and her last role as the Head of Spa Operation of Steiner UK as well as her own Beauty Salon, Valerie recognises the various challenges owners and managers are facing and is able to focus their work on key strategies that are easy to implement in their business.
One of Valerie’s strengths is her fresh new approach to the industry, focusing on five key pillars of success called The Delforge 5: Budget, Leadership, Reception, Marketing and Retail. When it comes to motivating managers, owners and teams, Valerie engages the whole audience with strong mindset shifts, leaving them to become commercially aware whilst giving them the tools necessary to be successful.

Multi Award Winning Business Owner, Mentor & Coach
Amy's instinct and passion for her business and clients established AMY GORDON as a household name in Essex and the surrounding areas, with clients traveling from far and wide to be in the hands of her expert team. Expanding her once small beauty business to include an advanced skin clinic, she also developed her own brands and in-house training academy.
Amy was recognised as one of the top 50 Essex Business women in 2019 in addition to winning Professional Beauty's Large Salon Of The Year 2020 amongst many other prestigious accolades including being a finalist in The Safety In Beauty awards in 2021.Having sold her business in May 2022, Amy continues to run a monthly clinic as an Advanced Skin Practitioner.
In 2020 Amy joined The Delforge Group as a Business Partner & Coach. She shares her wealth of first-hand experience and invaluable wisdom gained over the years, single handedly building a multi-award winning brand. Amy is now also a recognised judge for some of the leading industry awards in the Beauty Industry.
Terri Irvin
Retail & Mindset Coach
Terri’s career has taken her across all avenues within the spa and wellness industry. Throughout her time in Spa Management, learning the ins and outs of what it takes to run a seamless spa operation, Terri discovered her passion for coaching and training a team. After many years she took the leap to use her talents as an International Skincare & Treatment Trainer, travelling from Moscow to New York, Dubai and Delhi.
Working in this capacity for years within 5* Spas she refined her expertise, not only in understanding the importance of the customer experience, but also the products and ingredients that define and compliment relaxation and skin health.
Terri’s stand out knowledge of products was undeniable and she also had the opportunity to write advanced treatment protocols’ and ‘ingredients manuals’ for internationally-acclaimed brands, working with global skincare developers and leading skincare professionals to discover new standards, treatments and ingredients.

Charlene Esoff
Business Coach & Mentor | USA
Charlene joined The Delforge Group® in 2023, sharing her passion and love for the industry in coaching and mentoring other salon and spa owners and managers along with their staff on all the wisdom and valuable lessons she has learned over years. Her mantra is to lead with respect and kindness.
Within her leadership role she has heavily focused on customer service, client journey, time management and ongoing education, creating manuals and tools with which to lead the team forward, mastering Consultations and Product Knowledge.
