Jon has extensive Personnel, Human Resource and Organisational Development experience, and is a renowned strategic HR and Learning & Development specialist, with a high, national profile having worked for governmental bodies at the highest levels of the public sector over a number of years.

 

Over his career, Jon has developed an impressive and extensive raft of HR experience, covering leadership, performance management, assessment and appraisals, the setting of standards and values, as well as Executive selection.

 

Within the private sector, Jon particularly relishes helping business owners solve people-related problems, helping to ensure that good solutions are arrived at with minimum risk to the businesses involved.

 

In recognition of his achievements throughout his career, Jon was awarded the Queen’s Silver Jubilee medal in 2002, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee medal in 2012, and in 2011, the Police Long Service and Good Conduct medal.

Terri’s career has taken her across all avenues within the spa and wellness industry. Throughout her time in Spa Management, learning the ins and outs of what it takes to run a seamless spa operation, Terri discovered her passion for coaching and training a team. After many years she took the leap to use her talents as an International Skincare & Treatment Trainer, travelling from Moscow to New York, Dubai and Delhi.

 

Working in this capacity for years within 5* Spas she refined her expertise, not only in understanding the importance of the customer experience, but also the products and ingredients that define and compliment relaxation and skin health.


Terri’s stand out knowledge of products was undeniable and she also had the opportunity to write
advanced treatment protocols’ and ‘ingredients manuals’ for internationally-acclaimed brands, working with global skincare developers and leading skincare professionals to discover
new standards, treatments and ingredients.

 

Terri's in-depth retail training courses with us at The Delforge Group are a true reflection of her passion and thorough knowledge of the spa industry and how it works: from client satisfaction to day-to-day operations, all of which must be considered when developing a strong retail strategy.

About Tiphaine

Director and Business Coach

Passionate about the management of operations, the development of teams and marketing activities, Tiphaine created the company Expertise Spa Bien-Être in France to support and train owners and Managers of Spas, Hair & Beauty salons and clinics in order to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals of profitability.


She draws on more than 15 years of experience: in retail sales for various cosmetic brands (Shiseido, Calvin Klein, Hermès, Lift Argan, L'Occitane, etc.), in the Spa business: as a Spa Therapist to Reception Manager (NUXE Montorgueil® Spa), but above all, through that of Director of a large Parisian Spa which generated nearly €1 million in turnover.
