With our Business Takeover one of The Delforge Group Coaches will come into your business and spend a 2 week period with you one-to-one, overseeing the running of the business, driving down into the nitty gritty of how it is being run, and identifying the the changes you may need.
Ultimately we will help to implement lasting improvements to your overall business operations.
How It Works
After a thorough consultation we design a personalised strategy for your business and recommend what is needed to make the Business Takeover successful for you.
The Takeover will include our Business Audit and SIR report, introduction to SOP, and training your team in areas such as reception, customer journey and staff management including procedures and policies.
In addition we will support you in enhancing your leadership skills and how to nurture your team so that you can begin to create an environment which operates smoothly with clear delegation of all roles and responsibilities.

I don’t know exactly what I need, but I know I just need support.

I have procedures in place already, how will you be able to help make it any different?
Even with procedures in place, they can sometimes fall by the wayside if they are not managed correctly. Maybe there are too many or maybe just not enough, and without the objective guidance and perspective from an external coach you might not be able to see where you're going wrong.
I have a Manager but I still seem to end up doing everything, can you help?
This is a common occurrence and usually comes down to learning how to manage your manager to reach their full potential. Because of an owner's passion, we can tend to micro-manage at times and find it hard to let go. We will guide you and support you to allow this to happen bit by bit. If necessary we can also support the managers, therapists within our group coaching sessions to raise accountability for each job role.

We will coach you along the way whilst we observe everything to do with the business, we will ask lots of questions and will need you there in order to develop you along the way and implement with your agreement changes where necessary. It is important that we are interactive and work together as a team to get the most out of the takeover.
