Join us for a Q&A with Rebecca White, Spa Director at the stunning Revas Spa found in the most picturesque surroundings of Adare, Co Limerick.
We've had the pleasure of working with Rebecca and her team for more than 3 years where we have supported them to increase average monthly retail sales by 5 times, introduced a Leadership Programme to empower her team, implemented procedures for strong Stock Control and minimising losses, as well as helping the team navigate the challenges of maternity leaves and job delegation.
With her leadership skills and true passion for spa excellence, and her team's boundless thirst for knowledge, Rebecca has made the Revas Spa what it is today and we can't wait to introduce her and share her quickfire Q&A with you!
If you could give one piece of advice to another business owner, what would it be? "How do you eat an elephant? One piece at a time." I always say that you can only deal with what's in front of you, you can't change the past nor predict the future.
What's your favourite thing about being a business owner? Working with a group of amazing women - we have an incredible team of talented therapists who I'm so proud to work with. They inspire me every day and our sense of teamwork never fails to keep us all motivated.
What do you find the most challenging? I don't naturally like confrontation, but over the years I've learnt to never delay dealing with issues and face it head on as soon as possible.
What's your favourite beauty brand? Pure Fiji's gorgeous range of hair and skincare products - because even on the wettest Irish day you'll still feel like you're on a beach!
What do you love about being a Delforge Member?
The support offered by Valerie and the team is second to none, we have blossomed as people and managers since 2018 when we were first introduced.
